Access to and use of the Service is conditioned on acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.  These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others (“you”) who access or use the Service.

The products delivered through this Service are training materials designed to educate a person (you) in concepts and best practices for one or more areas of data protection compliance or data management.  The training materials and the final exam offered through this service are not intended to replace, nor do they replace in fact, any organizational approach or implementation path for executing the presented best practices and concepts.

For the CIPP/E Examination Preparation Courses

The products delivered through this Service are training materials designed to provide a person (you) with a thorough grounding in the fundamentals of Data Protection compliance, with a focus on developing skills and understanding. They are independently aligned to the syllabus of the Certified Information Privacy Professional (Europe) exam offered through the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), and designed to prepare a person (you) to take an examination on the knowledge base. The training materials and exams offered though this Service are not intended to replace, nor do they replace in fact, the need for you to register and complete the examinations.

For the CDMP^® Examination Preparation Courses

The products delivered through this Service are training materials designed to prepare a person (you) to take an examination for the data management fundamentals exam designation, offered through DAMA International. The training materials and the final exam offered through this service are not intended to replace, nor do they replace in fact, the need for you to register and complete the examinations.

Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your full name, payment information, and contact data (valid email address).  Other optional data may be requested in addition to this required data.

Products provided by the Service include a license to access training materials for educational purposes.  This license does not include the right to actual ownership of the materials; it is a usage license that is reserved to the purchaser (you) and to no one else.

You agree that you will pay for all products that you purchase through the Service and that Castlebridge Data Education (Castlebridge) may charge your payment method for any products purchased and for any additional amounts (taxes, fees, etc.) that may be accrued by on in addition to your Account.  You are responsible for the timely payment of all fees, to provide Castlebridge Data Education with a valid payment method, and a valid contact method (full name and valid current email address).  all sales of products are final.

Prices for products via the Service may change at any time and the Service does not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price promotion.

If a product becomes unavailable after purchase but before the user has accessed the product, the remedy is to request a refund.  There are no refunds granted for purchases made after the user has accessed the product.
